Cutler and Gross offers a seamless return process for all eyewear within 28 days of receipt, provided the items remain in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and are therefore non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the frames you wish to send back.
Package Securely
Place the eyewear in its original hard case and branded box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Dispatch
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
